A detached high quality logistics warehouse renovation benefitting from both dock and drive in loading and includes high quality internal offices. DPD have taken on the long-term tenancy on this building.

The Solution

EME Electrical were tasked with isolating and stripping out the existing electrical installation and to re-install small power and lighting with additional car charging points. Further to this we upgraded the fire detection system, door access and CCTV to the interior and exterior of the building.

Ongoing Support

EME electrical provides on-going support in the form of warranty for work carried out, to ensure reliable and efficient operations at Wingates. Our workmanship and commitment to deliver the full package have transformed the Wingates Industrial unit into a modern sustainable workplace.
